Public private partnership

The executive bodies of the Ryazan region carry out executive and administrative activities in the area to which the project implementation sector belongs.

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Ryazan Region exercises the powers in the field of public-private partnership, provided for by Part 2 of Article 17 of Federal Law No. 224-FZ "On Public-Private Partnership, Municipal-Private Partnership in the Russian Federation and Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts Russian Federation».

Specialized organization for attracting investments and working with investors - JSC "Corporation for the Development of the Ryazan Region". The Law of the Ryazan Region "On Tax Benefits" for private partners, concessionaires who have entered into PPP agreements or concession agreements for transport, utility and social infrastructure facilities, regional tax preferences are provided – property tax exemption for the duration of the concession agreement or a 5-year period for PPP projects.
