PRODUCTION RATES IN DAIRY FARMING INCREASE IN RYAZAN REGION

By the end of this year, the construction of dairy complexes in Spassk, Ryazan and Rybnoye districts will have been completed, and very soon work will begin to expand the production capacity of the breeding plant operating in Dmitriyevo, Kasimov District. The agreement, whose subject provides for implementation of a relevant investment project, was signed on August 30 by Dmitry Filippov, Deputy Governor of the Ryazan Region, and Sergey Kostryukov, General Director of the enterprise.

The total investment in this project will amount to 2.1 billion RUR. In 2022, the first stage of construction of a dairy farm for 2,000 cows will be completed, and 30 new jobs will be created.

“Currently, Ryazan is among those 15 regions of Russia that show the highest results in dairy production. Dairy farming successfully develops in the region, enterprises use modern technologies in their work, new investment projects are being implemented,” Deputy Governor Dmitry Filippovsaid at the signing ceremony.
