NEW BIO-SPHERE COMPLEX TO APPEAR ON A TERRITORY OF OVER 300 HA

The “Green Garden” Group has put forward a new investment project to create a biosphere complex. On December 7, the idea was discussed at a business meeting, with participation of representatives of the investor, the Ryazan Region Development Corporation, specialists from the regional Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Ministry of Natural Resources, and the administration of the city of Ryazan.

The project provides for the construction of a touristic and recreation complex in a territory with a total area of more than 300 hectares near the village of Borki and Lukovsky Forest. It is planned to include recreational zones, biosphere, ethnographic and safari parks, a transport hub with access to the main highways and waterways of the regional center, a helipad for private and public helicopters, and a railroad station that will connect the complex with the center of Ryazan. The representatives of the “Green Garden” Group say the investment project can be implemented under the program for providing an infrastructure loan to the Tourism.RF Corporation.
