A MULTIFUNCTIONAL ROADSIDE SERVICE COMPLEX TO APPEAR IN RYAZAN REGION

The new investment project is aimed at building a modern complex, where motor-road users passing through the Ryazan Region will receive Euro-class services of roadside infrastructure. This involves construction of parking lots and car parks, a multi-fuel gas station, a service station, car washes, mini-markets, cafes, a motel, recreation areas for presentations and exhibitions, sports and recreational and cultural and entertainment events. In addition, the project envisages a public multifunctional center with business, educational and leisure blocks, as well as a consumer services complex.

The implementation of the project will be carried out within the framework of cooperation between the Ryazan Region Development Corporation, the Association of Domestic and Incoming Tourism, and the Interregional Tourist andthe "POOCHYE" Recreational Cluster. As part of the agreements signed on 21 February by the heads of these organizations – VyacheslavNesin, Vladimir Sharov and Ekaterina Zakharova, respectively, the parties have started selecting a site for the project's location.
