  The documents needed:

  1. The application for technological hook up
  2. The layout of the energy receiving devices, which are to be connected to electrical systems of the organization
  3. The list and capacity of the devices for connection to the emergency control schemes
  4. A copy of the proprietary right (or other legal documents)
  5. For larger objects (which consume more than 50 megawatts) external power supply scheme is needed
  6. A single-line layout for 35 kilowatts networks mentioning the possibility of reservation from personal power resources

• 02 Signing of a technological connection agreement and an energy supply agreement 20 working days (after the system operator has approved the technical specifications - within 3 working days). For an individual project - after the authorized body has fixed the price - within 3 working days.

  The resulting documents:

  1. Technological connection agreement
  2. The project of electricity supply agreement (in case of parallel connection (necessary if the capacity is less than 670 kilowatts))
• 03 Project and survey works, construction and erection works, technological connection From 4 months to 2 years

  The documents needed:

  1. Notification on the technical specifications fulfillment
  2. A copy of the certificates for the electrical equipment (if the equipment is subject to obligatory certification) and/or technical documentation (technical certificate for the equipment) containing information on certification, technical parameters and characteristics of energy-receiving devices and electric power facilities included in the equipment and devices of relay protection and automation, and means of dispatching and technological control
  3. A copy of the project documentation sections with technical solutions that provide technical specifications fulfilment, including solutions for the external power supply scheme (the scheme for delivering power to the electricity production facilities), relay protection and automation, telemechanics and communications, and which justify the amount of emergency and technological armor (if any), in case such documentation was not submitted by the applicant to the network organization before the applicant sent a notification on compliance with the technical specifications fulfilment
  4. Legal (temporary) schemes of electrical connections of the electric power facilities (reconstruction) or technological connection of which is carried out within the framework of fulfilling technical specifications
  5. The documents confirming the inspection of relay protection and automation devices (systems) and their operable condition for operation, as well as the configuration of relay protection and automation devices (systems) in accordance with the requirements of the dispatching entity, including schematic diagrams, functional and logical diagrams, programmable logic diagrams, configuration and parameterization data for relay protection and automation devices (systems), and control diagrams
  6. The documents confirming that the demands for the requirements for telemechanics and communication systems, operational and technological communication organization schemes, and test reports for channels, devices, and communication tools are met
  7. The document signed by the applicant or the network organization, confirming the measures for commissioning an energy-receiving device or an electric power facility completion, including the performance of commissioning, acceptance, and other tests
  8. The documents containing information on the results of commissioning, acceptance, and other tests
  9. The act for admission of the device to operation, provided by Rostekhnadzor

  The resulting documents:

  1. The act of technological connection implementation
  2. The act of technological specifications fulfilment
  3. The permission act for placing the device into operation
