• Formation of the positive investment image of the region due to the promotion of the investment potential, offers and the regional projects in Russia as well as abroad;
• Creation and development of the territories of advanced socio-economic development, special economic zones, industrial parks, industrial technological parks and other territories of special terms for business and investment activity;
• Transformation of old industrial city areas into modern centers of economic activity by their redevelopment, creation of new workplaces and public places improvement;
• Creation of a multilingual unified investment site of the Ryazan region, which provides the investors the possibility of independent site selection and support measures, which meet their demands;
• Formation and development of the investors assistance system by the specialized organization which works with investors and attract investments in the region;
• CRM-system introduction for work with investors;
• Development of an individual, complex system for investment projects assistance applying the principle of “one-stop shop”;
• Improvement of the regional investment legislation system, the mechanisms of the investment activity financial support;
