Gas appliance devices technological connection to gas supply systems

• 01 The investor applies for conclusion of the connection agreement 1 working day

  The documents needed:

  1. Application
  2. General layout plan
  3. Topographic map of the applicant's land lot at the scale of 1:500 (including all the ground and underground utilities), approved by the organizations operating these utilities (if the customer is an individual, this isn`t attached
  4. A copy of the document confirming the proprietary right or other legal right to the capital construction object and/or a land lot on which the applicant's capital construction objects are located (will be located). When constructing or renovating the object which is the federal, regional, or local governmental property on a land lot or lots formed from lands and/or land lots specified in Part 7.3 of Article 51 of the Russian Urban Planning Code, the applicant must provide the details of the approved land survey plan or a copy of the layout of the land lot or lots on the cadastral plan.
  5. Procuration or other documents, confirming the authority of the applicant`s representative (in case if the representative of the applicant applies for connection)
  6. Maximum hourly gas consumption calculation (if the planned maximum hourly gas consumption is no more than 7 cubic meters, than this isn`t included);
  7. The documents provided for by the Rules of Connection, point 106, in case of providing technical specifications with capacity concession
  8. A copy of the territory planning documentation, which is developed and approved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (territory planning project and territory surveying project), which provides for the construction of a gas consumption network within the territory subject to comprehensive development, in cases the connection is fulfilled in accordance with paragraph 97 of the Connection Rules.

• 02 The applicant receives the signed project connection agreement in 3 copies Within 5, 15, 30 working days depending on the category

• 03 The applicant signs the agreement in 3 copies Within 10 working days since the contractor of the project signed the agreement in 3 copies

  1. The project of the connection agreement with technological specifications (connection)
• 04 If the applicant doesn’t` fulfill the requirements mentioned in the technical specifications within the certain period, the applicant prolongs the period of the technical specifications No later than 10 days until the connection day, defined in the agreement

  1. The application for prolongation of the specifications

  1. Additional agreement for prolongation
• 05 The applicant receives the certificate of the gas consumption networks and the gas appliance devices of the capital construction object working order 3 working days (since the contractor receives the technological specifications fulfillment notification from the applicant)

  The documents needed:

  1. The act on the availability of the consumption networks and gas-using equipment of the capital construction object for connection (technological connection) / recommendations based on the results of monitoring

  The resulting documents:

  1. The signed act on the availability of the consumption networks and gas-using equipment of the capital construction object for connection (technological connection) / recommendations based on the results of monitoring
• 06 The applicant submits an application for a contract for the maintenance of the gas distribution and (or) gas consumption network (hereinafter referred to as the maintenance contract) 10 working days

  The documents needed:

  1. A package of the applicant's founding documents or an individual entrepreneur's passport
  2. The act on the availability of the consumption networks and gas-using equipment of the capital construction object for connection
  3. Executive and technical documentation
  4. Gas-using equipment passport
  5. Proprietorial right to the capital construction object

  The resulting documents:

  1. The registered application
• 07 The applicant applies for conclusion of the gas supply agreement 30 working days

  The documents needed:

  1. A copy of the applicant's founding documents or an individual entrepreneur's passport
  2. A copy of the state registration certificate of a legal entity or the certificate of state registration of an individual as an individual entrepreneur
  3. Copies of the documents confirming the authority of the persons signing the contract on behalf of the buyer
  4. Copies of the documents confirming that the gas-using equipment (gas supply objects) belongs to the applicant by the proprietorial right or on another legal basis, and technical certificates for the specified equipment
  5. A copy of the availability certificate of the gas consumption networks and gas-using equipment of the capital construction project for connection
  6. Copies of the documents confirming that heat supply to budgetary institutions, which are financed from the relevant budget, based on the income and expenditure estimates, state-owned enterprises, housing cooperatives, housing and construction cooperatives, housing and other specialized consumer cooperatives, management organizations, or individual entrepreneurs managing multi-apartment buildings, in the total volume of goods supplied by the buyer and services provided, is more than 75 percent (submitted by heat supply entities with the specified share of heat supply)
  7. Copy of the document confirming the establishment of gas consumption reservations
  8. Copies of the documents confirming that the applicant meets the demands for the maintenance of the gas distribution and (or) gas consumption network, household and (or) apartment gas equipment, technical devices used at a hazardous production object, and the localization and elimination of emergency situations (consequences of accidents) (if the applicant's gas consumption network is a hazardous production facility or an object of technical regulation).

• 08 The applicant signs the maintenance and gas supply agreement No later than the connection deadline set by the connection agreement (135 calendar days, 1.5 years, 2 years)

• 09 The applicant signs the act of connection (technological connection) containing information on property ownership delimiting and operational responsibility of the parties No later than the connection deadline set by the connection agreement (135 calendar days, 1.5 years, 2 years)

  1. The act of connection (technological connection) containing information on property ownership delimiting and operational responsibility of the parties
  2. Signed act of connection (technological connection) containing information on property ownership delimiting and operational responsibility of the parties
