• 03 Gaining the conclusion of the state construction supervision authority on the compliance of the constructed, reconstructed capital construction object with the requirements of the project documentation specified in paragraph 1, Part 5, Article 49 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the conclusion of the federal executive body authorized to carry out federal state environmental supervision, issued in cases provided for in Part 5, Article 54 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation10 working days without final verification
