• 01 The investor submits an application to the authorized body for the land lot localization scheme approvement and the land lots on the cadastral plan of the territory, prepared by the cadastral engineer. The work is performed on the basis of the contract, concluded between the investor and the organization, which renders services in the sphere of cadastral activity 1 working day

  The documents needed:

  1. An application for the land lot (or land lots) localization scheme approvement on the cadastral plan of the territory;
  2. A copy of identity papers;
  3. If the documents are applied by the representative of the applicant, the letter of attorney delegating powers is needed;
  4. The scheme of the land lot or land lots on the cadastral plan of the territory;

  The resulting documents:

  1. Notification on receiving the application (if applied via Gosuslugi)
• 02 Approval of the authorized body of the scheme of the land lot or land lots localization on the cadastral plan of the territory 10 working days (from the moment of receiving the application)

• 06 Preparation of the Ryazan region Governor‘s decree on providing the land lot renting without bidding, its negotiation with the officials, who are authorized to consider the issue, its signing by the Governor of the Ryazan region 20 working days

  The resulting documents:

  1. The Ryazan region Governor’s decree on providing the land lot renting without bidding
• 07 Application to the authorized body on providing the land lot renting without bidding 1 working day

• 09 The authorized body sends the rental agreement and the acceptance and transfer certificate for state registration 1 working day (after the investor returns the signed agreement and the acceptance and transfer certificate)
