  1. Technical specifications for connection (technological connection) of the capital construction facilities to engineering and technical support networks used for architectural and construction design purposes;
  2. Report on determining the market value (amount of rent);
  3. The decision on holding the auction
• 03 Posting information about the auction on the official website torgi.gov.ru, sending the application to the local government body, which is the owner of the territory, where the land lot is located, on the publication of a notification of the auction held in a printed publication established for official publication by the Charter of such a municipality 3 working days

• 04 Holding the auction, acceptance of the applications for taking part in the auction 14 working days

  1. The application on taking part in the auction in a proper manner, providing information on the bank account for returning the deposit
  2. A copy of identity papers of the applicant (if the documents are applied by the representative of the applicant, the letter of attorney delegating powers is needed)
  3. The document confirming submission of the deposit
  4. Certified translation into Russian of the documents on the state registration of a legal entity in accordance with the legislation of a foreign state, if the applicant is a foreign legal entity
• 05 Conclusion of the renting agreement with the investor, the acceptance and transfer certificate signing 8 working days

  2. Acceptance and transfer certificate
• 06 Signing of the acceptance certificate by the authorized body1 working day (after the winner of the auction (the investor) pays full price for the right of concluding the agreement on the land lot renting)
