• 01 The state cadastral registration of the commissioned real estate object, as well as the premises (parking spaces) located in it, has been carried out 5 working days

  The documents needed:

  1. Application for state cadastral registration;
  2. Permission for the object commissioning;
  3. Procuration;

  The resulting documents:

  1. The information included in Rosreestr;
  2. An extract from Rosreestr;
• 02 The investor applied for the documents for a state proprietary rights registration for the object or the premises located in it Application registration immediately

  The documents needed:

  1. Application for state proprietary rights registration;
  2. The document for the land lot on which the real estate object is located;
  3. Notarized procuration;
  4. The document confirming the fulfillment of the obligations under a land lease agreement concluded in accordance with Federal Law No. 39-FL by the parties;
  5. The document confirming the fulfillment of the obligations under the agreement concluded with a public authority, local government body, state or municipal institution or unitary enterprise before January 1, 2011 for the construction or reconstruction of the real estate object with the involvement of extra-budgetary sources of financing;

  The resulting documents:

  1. The registered application, notification on receiving the documents;
• 03 The proprietary right for the real estate object has been registered 7 working days

  The documents needed:

  1. The registered application and the documents from Step 2 of the Algorithm;

  The resulting documents:

  1. An extract from Rosreestr;

 

2 variant: Wwhen the authorized body which has issued the permission for the object commissioning doesn`t apply for state cadastral registration

 

• 01 The investor submits the documents for the state cadastral registration and state proprietary rights registration for the object or the premises located in it (parking spaces)Application registration immediately

  The documents needed:

  1. Application for state cadastral registration and state proprietary rights registration;
  2. Permission for the object commissioning;
  3. The document for the land lot on which the real estate object is located;
  4. Notarized procuration;
  5. The document confirming the fulfillment of the obligations under a land lease agreement concluded in accordance with Federal Law No. 39-FL by the parties;
  6. The document confirming the fulfillment of the obligations under the agreement concluded with a public authority, local government body, state or municipal institution or unitary enterprise before January 1, 2011 for the construction or reconstruction of the real estate object with the involvement of extra-budgetary sources of financing;

  The resulting documents:

  1. The registered application, notification on receiving the documents;
• 02 The state cadastral registration and state proprietary rights registration have been performed. The real estate objects have been registered in state cadastre of Rosreestr. State proprietary rights for the object and the premises (parking spaces) have been registered 10 working days

  The documents needed:

  1. The registered application and the documents from point 1

  The resulting documents:

  1. An extract from Rosreestr;
